Exterior signage replacement, facade restoration, and LED monument retrofits for a retail home improvement center.
The Challenge
The project required removing outdated channel letters and monument faces, patching and repainting the main building facade, retrofitting monument lighting from fluorescent to LEDs, installing updated wall panels, and managing full permit procurement through city and county departments.
The Solution
We safely removed existing signage, prepped the exterior wall, and installed new channel letters and "Lumber" directional panels. We then converted the monument sign internal lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, updated its faces, and handled the complete local permit submittal process.
