The Challenge
Lakeview Local Market required a coordinated signage package across numerous interior and exterior locations, with different sign types, mounting conditions, lighting requirements, and graphic dimensions. Several installations required electrical coordination, wall access, decorative mounting structures, and site-specific measurements, while exterior signage also required permit drawings and submittals.
The Solution
We would fabricate and install the specified aluminum FCOs, illuminated channel letters, wall wraps, monument panels, and building signage according to the approved plans and site measurements. The solution included coordinating electrical stub-outs and LED drivers, accommodating specialized mounting conditions, and prioritizing the Tap Truck wall graphic before other store features.
